Responsibilities:Provide support, evaluate performance, and offer suggestions for enhancing teaching skills.
- Collaborate in planning and executing teacher training programs and conferences.
- Assist Academic Supervisor in ensuring compliance with the rules of The CEA of the academic area.
- Proctor placement tests as needed and keep all parties informed of testing results.
- Assist the Academic area in offering guidance to teaching and administrative staff.
- Provide advice and instruction to students.
- Recommend and list materials, supplies, equipment, and visual aids to meet student educational requirements and district standards.
- Assist in researching, evaluating, and formulating recommendations on curricula, instructional techniques, and materials for school systems.
- Collaborate in the preparation of students' manuals and handbooks.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field of study.3 years of experience in academic assistance, teaching, advising, or related areas in English as Second Language schools or Foreign Language Instruction.
